  Can't fault the service, pizza turned up relatively quickly, but the pizza was very poor. I haven't ordered from Dominoes in Dunfermline for a long time, the last one I got was poor as well. I have had one in Spain, and also in Oban, where it has just opened, and both were very good. The pizza we ordered was cold, dough was very tough. It looked like the pizza hadn't been freshly cooked. It was tasteless, even with all the meat on, we ordered the classic pizza, which I've ordered elsewhere, but didn't live upto expectations. It will definitely be Pizzahut from now on for me

  I ordered chicken tenders and chips and was really disappointed when they arrived soggy and underwhelming. I actually had to put them in the air fryer myself just to make them edible. When I contacted customer service to make them aware, instead of addressing the issue, Ravi who emailed me back told me I wasn’t being truthful. That response was more frustrating than the food itself. This isn’t the level of quality or service I expect. Very disappointing experience overall.

  Apparently a double helping of chicken on a pizza is 6 small slices. Shame. Won't be back

  Ordered x2 pizzas and was looking forward to our food. Had 2 slices and then on the 3rd slice wondered what the wirey feeling thing was that was in my mouth, very quickly discovered that it was infact a long grey hair maybe about 5 or 6 inches long. Called the shop and spoke their store manager Rishi who asked me to send a photo of said hair to him via email. Done this, he then called me back and said no, that was not one of the staff members hairs that was on said slice of pizza. Couldn’t offer me a refund even though he’s the store manager, best he could do was give us a free pizza. I politely declined this offer as it’s really put me off using this outlet. Shocking customer service from Rishi as well as really the correct outcome would be to refund us the balance for the hairy pizza. Won’t be using again, and I’d recommend avoiding this place.
