  Normally I enjoy going here the times I have. What you need to watch out for is near the closing time they will refuse to let you sit in even if it states they're open for another hour. It makes sense from a staff standpoint but not as a customer. Other places usually isolate areas for customers! Next up is they are very trigger friendly with stating invisible company policy to deny accountability and avoid resolving customer issues like it's putting their job on the line. It's disappointing and does not give customers a good conclusion. At least the food is normally good from my experience overall but definitely do not feel it's worth the money when there's an issue it costs the customer wasted time to complain to get no resolution.

  We ordered Crispy Chicken burger and a BBq burger today without bacon. However, after taking a couple of bites, we noticed that both burgers contained bacon. We tried calling the store several times, but no one answered. There was no acknowledgement or offer of a refund.

  Very Overpriced for Such a Small Portion Really disappointed with the portion sizes at Burger King Halbeath, Dunfermline. I ordered a large fries, but when I received the order I genuinely couldn’t believe how small the portion was. The fries came in a tiny paper pouch that looks similar in size to what you would expect with a kid’s meal elsewhere. I have attached photos showing exactly what I received, including the receipt confirming that I ordered large fries. My main complaint isn’t about whether Burger King uses a paper pouch or a cardboard container, it is about the actual quantity of fries inside it. If I pay extra for a large portion, I expect to receive something that genuinely looks and feels like a large portion. Burger King’s prices are already very expensive for fast food, which makes it even more disappointing when the portion you receive is this small. Customers should be getting reasonable value for what they are paying. The portion sizes should also properly reflect what is advertised and displayed to customers. What is shown when ordering should reasonably represent what is actually served. I normally understand that advertising photos can look slightly different from the actual food, but there is a difference between that and receiving a supposedly large fries that looks this small. Please improve the portion sizes and make sure customers actually receive the size they have paid for. At these prices, this simply doesn’t feel like good value for money.
