  Manager was very rude and ignoring the customers. They were busy and he obviously was having a bad day, his staff looked miserable! Hardy surprising if that is what is leading them. Never again for us. We went across to Five guys and had a lovely meal in a nice atmosphere.

  Girl with the blonde hair at the front till was very rude and was not helpful at all she spoke to her colleague smirking at her while i was not understanding, Do not go here if you want to deal with unhelpful and unprofessional staff

  What’s the point of having in store a sign “Don’t bin your receipt fill in a survey to get a free whopper” Filled it out and was told I would need to buy chips and a drink with it?! Very unprofessional staff and unhelpful.

  I ordered the Wagyu burger and I clearly got a different steak; it couldn't possibly be Kobe beef. I told the waiter, who said it was the right meat, even Angus beef was a thousand times better. I'm really disgusted. I won't be going back. Mistakes or unavailable meat happen, but you have to be honest.
