    No counter option just self service. No option to add request or comment to order. Got home and order was wrong. Wrong roll, no extra cheese that I had paid for hadn't been toasted as requested. Won't be back in a hurry, ruined by self-service screens.

    Self serve kiosks have absolutely ruined the flow of ordering. Waited 35 minutes for a simple sub to be made. Many other customers unhappy about the wait.

    Disgustingly dirty toilet at 10:20am. Obviously hasn't been cleaned properly for ages. Dirty hand marks on the door, dirty bin overflowing not emptied from the day before. Dirt on the walls and floor. I hope the staff don't use these toilets, since they are handling food. This is the only toilet available for customers. Don't understand how management can let this happen. Where is the pride in your establishment?
