  My sister visited tonight. She is 12 and the staff were incredibly rude. Staff should be better trained.

  Was in C'beath with family and after been indoors all afternoon and missed lunch, we decided to try here. Ordered 4 meal deals, which while the food was okay (warm not hot), a problem arose when we had almost finished. One of our party asked if they had a toilet on the premises? A member of staff said no and when asked where they go, the other member of staff said they have to go outside and use the toilet in the building above the shop. A customer advised that there were toilets in a cafe across the road and up a bit, but that was too far to go. The member of our party had a disabled toilet card and this was shown to the staff and they were told they needed to go asap before they had an accident. Surprise, surprise, it turned out they did have a toilet after all and it was in the area beside the kitchen, not outside and upstairs as was indicated previously, so they basically lied. Not very good customer service at all and will definitely not be back to these premises.

  Was in this subway on Thursday, what an experience! There was 2 young workers that were put under so much pressure from a blonde older worker, everyone in the shop felt really uncomfortable, i just glad my son which has autism wasn't with me as i know he would of went into meltdown, she took half my order while constantly speaking nasty to the young workers, (which might i add handled the situation brilliant ) then went to toast something i had asked not to be toasted so i had to stop her, then she walked off before i could finish my order, worst service ive ever had in my 44 years on the planet, sorry
