- AJAsad Jatt3 days ago1.0Terrible experience. The food arrived late and everything was completely cold by the time we got it. To make matters worse, we ordered four full meals (burgers, fries, and drinks) but they only threw in two tiny sauce pots for the entire order. Late, cold, and missing items—definitely won't be ordering from here again.

After getting home, I then discovered both fries were missing from the order completely. I called the branch and spoke to someone named Keren, but he made no effort to resolve the issue. He didn’t check the order details, ask for the receipt, or try to help in any way. I was simply told to either drive back for the fries or complain through the app. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and lack of care made the experience even more frustrating.
