  Took my daughter and 2 yr old grandson in today joy took our order and was very helpful it was downhill after that the table was filthy I had to ask a girl to clean it food arrived 20 mins later cold myself and wee one had chicken the chips were sweet and salty very strange taste so most of it was left my daughter had burger and chip cheese they we’re disgusting and at almost £50 was definitely not worth the money. while waiting for me outside a member of staff came out followed by manager who told her to get a mop and clean outside building with it she said no as the mops were used to clean the floors inside and he got onto her about refusing later myself and 2 yr old were very sick most of night not surprised if that’s what’s happening regarding cleanliness we definitely won’t be back

  Came in last night around half 9 and just had to leave a review. I actually work at McDonald's myself so I notice this stuff more than most people probably would lol. The girl who served me (Sana) was sorting tables, then went into the kitchen and was making the chips herself too?? Like she was doing everything. Such a lovely, down to earth person and clearly knows exactly what she's doing. Quick, accurate orders, just handling it all without breaking a sweat. You don't see that often, someone who's good front of house AND can hold it down in the kitchen. Honestly wish I worked with her. Wingstop is lucky to have her!

  Opening weekend and already poor. We rocked up at 9pm and were served quickly at the till as the place was near dead, but the music was so loud we could barely hear the girl taking the order. The place got busy soon after, to which the atmosphere could be cut with a knife - everyone was waiting with baited, impatient breath while the kitchen struggled to keep up with orders. After 30 minutes we finally got our food, however it was somehow cold and the incorrect food was given. It’s clear they were struggling and not paying attention, nor was someone running the orders for at least 20 of those minutes while some staff sat around doing nothing. The security outside are nice but appear to be queuing people out the door rather than letting them in for no apparent reason as there was more than enough space and plenty empty tables.

  Shocking experience for an opening day. Security are on a power trip holding everybody back outside saying it's too busy when there was only 5 people infront of us and half the tables were empty, getting directed around like toddlers as if we're incapable of following a queue. The glasgow one is about 3 times as busy on a normal week day and there's none of that nonsense. The music was so loud we couldn't even do our full order because we couldn't understand what the woman was saying and she couldn't hear us. We stood waiting to be served while the 3 people serving all tried to figure out how to work the discount scanner and when we asked if she was serving so we could move to another till if she wasn't, she completely ignored us and turned away. Looks busy from outside because everyone's being kept outside, I'm assuming to build hype, but the empty tables on opening day speaks volumes. I was excited when I heard we were getting one in falkirk but I'd rather continue using the one in Glasgow. I will say that the staff bringing the orders out were very apologetic but the security and apparent complete lack of knowledge of the till staff massively let it down. Staff could really be doing with more customer service training because if they have an actual busy day like any other wingstop, they'd completely buckle. Also most of their reviews are from staff and staffs family, from before they were even open to the general public so their rating is highly inflated.

  Visited the Falkirk branch for the friends and family launch night. Had to queue for a short while which was expected but the queue was well managed and moved quickly. Very warm welcome from the sales person Keevan, menu was clear and visible allowing quick ordering process. Drink selection was great and had 2 vendors so no long queues. Food was served quickly and was very tasty, met our expectations. The restaurant was very clean and well taken care of despite the number of patrons. Floor staff were friendly also. The fact you can view the kitchen was good, and all kitchen staff looked like they worked well together and appeared to be managing the amount of orders given. Will definitely return to try a different flavour for sure. Great experience overall.
