- DJDaniel JohnsonSep 20, 20261.0Went in the cafe for some lunch with my little one after swimming and ordered some food but when it was brought over to us I noticed the order was incorrect as I asked for pasta for my little one but the plate had sausages on it, when I mentioned this to the member of staff that brought it over who was a lady wearing a cap her response was "well it was sausages put through the till" this was in a tone of attitude and just looked at me for a moment like it was my fault that it was put through incorrect and like she wanted me to just accept the sausages (which I know my little one wouldn't eat). When she returned with the correct food she may aswel just thrown the food at us with the way she put it down and again with an attitude tone she said "just like last time it's hot ok" Only saving grace was the person that took the order came over to apologise that she put the wrong thing through but the one who brought the food out needs a serious look at herself and maybe some training for customer service.

- JNJane NeilsonJun 17, 20261.0Bad service in the cafe on 16th June. My sister and I had just been at Falkirk Cemetery and felt that we needed a cup of tea, so popped into Tesco Camelon cafe. The coffee machine was broken, but the sign said that tea was still available. We could hear staff voices in the back, and we stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone came forward to serve us. My sister had just said "I wonder if they're still serving" as a member of staff came from the back and said rudely "Geez a minute!!" Needless to say we walked out and went into Falkirk to a lovely cafe on corner of Grahams Road and Meeks Road. We were served properly there. It costs nothing to be polite, but it cost Tesco Camelon... because we won't return and felt that we had to write this zero star review.
