  very slow, waited 20 minutes for food and it was still nowhere near ready. I'm on my lunch break and it would've been quicker to go home and make it than to wait for the staff to do their job. food was also left sitting out and not taken to tables of waiting customers. do better.

  Horrendous experience in the cafe today. Since this cafe changed its the worst out of every tesco cafe we have used. The manager is a rude, ignorant man who clearly is in dire need of a customer services course! Absolutely disgraceful attitude but thankfully after complaining to the general store manager and telling her everything that happened she was very apologetic and sorted everything out. Tesco, you need to sort this cafe manager and his stinking attitude out before the cafe has no customers left!

  I have used the Tesco Cafe in Falkirk for a tea or hot chocolate after doing my shopping. I’m afraid the hot drinks are not hot but usually served luke warm 👎👎 Wake up Tesco’s and get things sorted out in your cafe.

  Decided to come in one day for a morning breakfast to see how it is, and my oh my was I pleasantly surprised! The staff where extremely friendly and the service was fast, and the food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was also very calm, friendly, and relaxing. Not only did I leave well-fed and happy, but my wallet too was happy with a large meal for one and 2 large lattes costing about as much as half a toastie from elsewhere. A definite recommend if you're looking for a nice, cosy place to get some good grub on the cheap without compromising on quality.
