- NHNiela HussainAug 23, 20261.0Been to this Denny a few times and everytime there’s a problem with there self service machines, you can’t place a large order as we’re a family of five or the discounts don’t work. The staff don’t help either. Placed an order today and wouldn’t take the discount off self service then and the staff said he will put the order through on the till. So I was ordering meals and he just done single wrap and footlongs then got rushed along with the food and salad by a trainer. You should really work on your staff customer service and also fix the self service machines as there pointless.
