  Tried to call to place an order as we have just moved in to a new build estate and thus the address wasn’t showing up on the app. I explained that we usually use this store for deliveries from my previous address (which is literally across the road). The person who answered the phone told me they don’t deliver to this area (complete rubbish as I’ve ordered lots of time from just across the street) and couldn’t comprehend that the reason it wouldn’t show up wasn’t because it was undeliverable but because it was a new address. An address that I could have mentally provided and described for ease. I honestly didn’t think it would have been so hard to place an order, we gave up in the end.
