  I had such an amazing experience with Ashley, the delivery driver from the Domino's Shoreham store. It was really late at night, but despite the hour, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cheerful. His positive attitude completely made my evening. Ashley went above and beyond to help me, and it's clear he takes real pride in what he does. He treated me with kindness, patience, and a smile, which is something you don't always come across. Customer service like this deserves to be recognised. Ashley is a real credit to the Shoreham team and truly leads by example. If every employee showed the same level of care, professionalism, and enthusiasm, every customer would have an outstanding experience. Thank you, Ashley—you turned a simple delivery into an exceptional one. You absolutely deserve the recognition!

  “Honestly one of the saddest pizzas I’ve ever seen. The cheese was playing hide and seek, the toppings looked randomly generated, and the crust had the texture of expired cardboard. Opening the box somehow made me less hungry.”

  Received fantastic customer service this evening. I ordered a single half and half pizza through the app and one of the sides was wrong unfortunately. I called the site and told them and they sent a replacement with extra dip in no time. Couldn't be more grateful and impressed. Thank you 🙏🥳
