  I had a great experience with Papa John’s! 🍕 The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can really tell the ingredients are high quality.Ari is the best . The food overall was spot on, and everything arrived just as expected. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The guy who helped me was friendly, polite, and genuinely made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice when both the food and the service are excellent. Definitely recommend, and I’ll be ordering again soon!

  I placed an order on 28 December for lunch for myself and my five year old son and received the wrong pizzas. One was meant to be half All the Meats and half American Hot, and the other was a double pepperoni. Instead, we received a mixed half-and-half and a full American Hot. My son could not eat the spicy pizza, and the jalapeños were hidden under the cheese, so it was wasted. I called straight away and the staff member admitted the mistake and offered to resend the full order. As we were heading out, I declined and we agreed that a note would be left on my account so the order would be replaced free next time. That sounded fair. When I later called to redeem this, there was no note on the account. I was told I would get a callback, which never happened. I was then told a different version of what had been offered and asked to call back another day. In short, the original mistake was acknowledged but the agreed resolution was not honoured. Errors happen, but poor follow up and not keeping agreed resolutions is what makes this disappointing. Plenty of pizza options in Brighton, and based on this experience I would not choose here again.
