Toilet had no toilet paper or hand towels..Basic hygiene unforgivable that you expect customers to use these type of facilities...

Tescos fresh produce gets less and less fresh as time goes on. These 'Tescos Finest' mushrooms bought for a Beef Wellington recipe are rotten and inedible on the sell-by date. They shouldn't even be rotten on the eat-by date, let alone the sell-by date. And the worst thing.... this is just not uncommon any more. Almost all the time-sensitive fresh produce I get from Tesco's nowadays is inedible by the sell-by date or at best, a day after: strawberries, blueberries, green beans and so much more. Avoid buying fresh stuff from Tescos. You cannot guarantee it'll be edible when you want to eat it.

I just thought I would let others know they close their main checkouts at 10pm on a weekday despite closing at midnight - not sure about the weekend. I was told to use the self checkouts for a trolley full of shopping despite requesting a normal checkout was open but unfortunately they declined my request. It’s a shame this is not more clearly advertised to shoppers who prefer to use the staffed checkouts. Lesson learnt and won’t be coming back to this one after the queue I caused… 🙃
