  Food has really gone downhill. Stood ages waiting to be seated. Ate 1/4 of a mixed grill and couldn't stomach anymore. Felt sick, clearly frozen reheated. Atmosphere was as depressing as the food. Won't return

  Food pricey for what I had - fish and chips 🍟 with a cider £22 plus. Average size piece of fish a handful of chips not the chunky ones I wanted and a spoons worth of peas. Place needs redecorating and the toilets need refurbishing.Walked in from the garden to order and a woman was sitting there with her dirty shoes on the seat opposite with a group ofcpeople playing pool and slots!! Such a shame because the seating area in the restaurant on the far side was adequate and the garden and the view are delightful. This place could be amazing with some care and attention. Highly disappointing. Will not be returning or recommending!!

  Shame , been multiple times went yesterday first time in a year and TERRIBLE, service guy was great felt sorry for him and tipped him but the chef needs sacking , zero love goes onto these “meals” medium rare steak was chewy and tasteless their steak sauce is VILE bowl of vinegar basically, food limp and poorly presented , they have definitely gone with a cheaper supplier won’t go back such a shame
