  This store has gone so far downhill. Half the time when I visit the shelves are bare or the aisles are blocked with cages, the freezers have been on the blink and empty for weeks and the whole shop is poorly laid out and difficult to navigate. It needs a major overhaul. They’ve added in new self service fills so why they can’t update the rest of the store I don’t know.

  Usually a nice store with mostly helpful staff however can’t go in at any point after dark without being treated like a criminal. I understand I may look like the “type” that would steal however it really ruins the experience when you have overbearing security and rude staff breathing down your neck the whole time. On top of this the security asked to search my bag upon leaving the store for no reason at all, other than I perhaps took too long deciding what sweets I want to buy! Very unpleasant experience but the elderly gentleman who works earlier shifts is always helpful and lovely to talk too, if only more of their staff were like him!
