  Seen all the negative reviews so had to stop by. Didn’t see any out of date stock as mentioned. Was also mentioned that the bossman is rude etc however in my experience he was very polite and nice. The stock is criminally overpriced though! Overall a good experience

  Selling out of date produce, went to buy something for lunch as a last minute thing and good job I check dates as I buy bc they had several items involving meat based product that were several days out of date. I have submitted a report to local food standards authority.

  Bought some milk , the man behind till did not say hello , thank you , please , goodbye , he carried on speaking on phone , just held hand out , disgusting Disrespectful behaviour . Overpriced . Go to Morrisons at least the self service says thank you . Avoid

  Always very friendly and helpful staff I have always been able to buy what I want here. A good selection for a small shop

  I moved in to Claremont Road in November 2019. I really like to support local business. I have shopped regularly in Costcutter but despite always saying hello when i walk in, have never been greeted by a member of staff after 5 months ! Disappointed ,wont support again
