I used to go to Wagamama a lot as a kid and the food is as yummy as ever! Must shoutout our waitress Izzy, who was very friendly and cheerful about her job. The team even gave us some lovely banana bread on the house! Great place to go if you’re looking for some warm comfort food.

My experiences with this Wagamama’s has been quite varied with both the main point being the service. Sometimes we’ve gone in and it’s been amazing, we’re quickly seated and the food is served very promptly. However, we’ve also had times when we’ve been seated and left for over 30 minutes with no one seeing to us. Some waiters there are amazing, Oliver for example is great and even gives us free deserts! Although, there’s been times where we’ve experienced rude and arrogant waiters. The service has been the main conflicting part. Food sometimes taking over half an hour with it sitting under the heater, us having to go to the manager regarding issues. To add, these experience were when the place was quite quiet

amazing little place, deserts are delicious, I had duck dumplings but unfortunately they were very dry and not very filling so I wouldn't have this again but the lunch box with tasty tangy chicken with rice and veg was lovely, and one of the staff called Willow was very friendly and helpful she made it worth going there in the end!

Not sure what to say! 🤔 Been awhile since i went to wagamama, I used to love it and go at least a few times a year but just wasnt a huge fan this time. Food was okay but not the best ive had from there, service was good, and pretty well surprised at how serious they took my partners food allergy. Will I be back? Yes, maybe to try something else but won't be for a long time as there are better places to go to in my option...
