  Usually a great place but recently got an order of Mac and cheese packed in aluminium foil, rather than a proper packaged one they usually use. The quantity was so small couldn't believe they charged 9£ for it. I'm not even that mad at that, but when I tried to complain via the app, they took all the details and told me they will get back to me in 5 days. I literally just got a email with a bog standard reply apologising and asking me all the details of it again. Basically making it more and more annoying to make a complaint.

  Best domina in town!!!! Shubham is very very kind and the best domina seller I've ever met in my life!!!! Good prices compared to Langstrasse!!!

  Ordered a meal for delivery at 9:23pm, the tracker said it was being prepared indefinitely until the dominos closed at 10pm despite the website saying there will be deliveries until 4am. They did not communicate that they were not going to fulfill the order in any way, not even through the tracker (which eventually just turned off without further updates), nor did they refund me. Shocking lack of customer service, do not order from here within an hour of them closing or you will just have to hope that they end up delivering. Update: The order finally arrived an hour after ordering, no phone call, no update, no tracker, no working phone as the phone connected to a different dominos elsewhere in brighton. The man working at this other dominos informed me that the order was not going to arrive and I would have to phone for a refund in the morning, this was half an hour before the meal actually arrived. The guy who ended up delivering the food didn't even work at the Whitehawk location and was apologetic. Extremely poor service overall and I will not be ordering again.
