  As I stood in a queue in store, I was watching Jack serve the people infront of me. Jack served alone at a busy period but this did not stop him from greeting each person in a polite andcheerful manner. I watched him answer people's questions, head back and forth to the computer to check for stock and availability with ordering. Jack was discreet in answering people's medical queries and despite being busy he gave each person the time they needed before moving to the next. We're so quick to judge people when they don't meet our needs and rarely praise the things that people do well. Jack you deserve to be recognised for such great people skills and customer service :)

  We visited this store for the first time today. Though a very good store, the lady that served us, Lizzie, should receive more training in customer service or perhaps not do a customer facing role, representing Tesco. I would never normally leave a review anywhere, particularly a shop but myself and the customers queuing behind me were stood there in disbelief whilst she was having a full blown conversation with a customer about straightening her hair (and other things). We were stood there wondering when we were going to be served. This wasn’t friendly conversation between her and a customer… this was a conversation with no regard for people also waiting to get served. It was unbelievable!!! At one point she wasn’t even putting items through the till; she was just sat chatting. When finally we did get served, she was unfriendly and just slammed my receipt on the surface; very different to how the lady in front was served.
