Dinner: Food was good some of the steak wasn't cooked the way we ordered it but didn't bother to say anything as it was a little wait to get our food. Breakfast was really good all you eat only thing for us was you can't get your own food. Overall it was a nice meal

Booked for Sunday roast, told when arrived they had ran out, had to order mixed grill which was ok apart from small portions of meat and medium rare steak was very rare. Service was great and apart from noisy birthday table, atmosphere was ok.

Absolutely shocking service. Bar management is less than poor.
Staff are too busy talking than serving. Give it a miss
My husband and I visited Beefeater this morning for the unlimited breakfast to celebrate his birthday, and we had such a lovely experience.
Our server, Tom, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The food, cooked by the chef manager Manley, was absolutely delicious, and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection every single time — soft and runny, just as they should be. Not many places manage to get poached eggs this right!
I would highly recommend visiting here for a breakfast treat. It’s also fantastic value for money at just £10.99 per person for unlimited food and drinks. We’ll definitely be returning!
Went here for dinner as we were staying at the premier inn. We were told the restaurant was fully booked but we could eat in the bar area. That's fine, we don't mind that even though the man who who advised us of this wasn't very friendly.
We found a table and chose from the menu, ordered our food and drinks at the bar . The bar staff were friendly enough and the drinks were fine. Costing £46 for 2 burger and chips and 2 pints of Guinness ( not cheap). The food was brought out after not long of a wait, by lady who just said, " have you ordered burgers" before dumping them on the table.
We had no cutlery or condiments so went seeking them. I found the condiments but no cutlery was available, I asked the girl behind the bar where we could get some and she told us she would bring us some. She was busy serving so probably didn't have time so we never got any.
The food was plentyful but flat cold so not enjoyable, burger and chips I suppose can be eaten without cutlery but not my choice.
Needless to say , we won't be having breakfast here in the morning
