  This was a very disappointing experience. I asked to delay the booking and they agreed with a grace period of 15 minutes. On reaching there within the 15 min period, I was told that they have cancelled my booking for now show. That’s bad service

  We booked online for breakfast for 10.45, and when we arrived we were told it was a buffet that finished at 11 - seems ridiculous they'd let us book for only 15 mins of buffet! The buffet was very mediocre, similar to a budget hotel breakfast - so not really worth the money. Definitely wouldn't recommend for breakfast.

  I stayed at the hotel next door which is connects with the beefeater for breakfast. The waitress Jeanette was warm, welcoming and friendly. She was making sure everything was okay and was willing to go further to ensure I had everything I needed. It was a nice experience to have considering the breakfast is a help yourself bar. I appreciate the checking in and the friendly conversation.
