  Order was delivered with the side of the box dented in and the food was barley warm. Not worth having cold pizza. When I called to say that the cold pizza is not suitable when ordering, the staff stated that it’s delivered in a warm bag, as if I’m lying and complaining for no reason.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I’m beyond frustrated. I ordered specific items, and not only did they fail to send everything I paid for, but they also sent the wrong food entirely. How hard is it to get a simple order right? Missing items, incorrect pizza, and zero attention to what the customer actually requested. This is unacceptable service and feels like a complete waste of money. If you can’t handle basic orders properly, you shouldn’t be in business. I was expecting a good meal and instead got disappointment, anger, and a ruined evening. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

  Bought a buy one get one free today. Shame we only got half the ingredients. Is that why yoh get one free? We didn't look untill we got home. Bbq chicken pizza had 8 small pieces of chicken. 1 for each slice. The garden party pizza didn't look like it normally does. A few bits of onion and green pepper and the odd bit of sweetcorn. We will not buy again.

  Honestly one of the worst value takeaways I’ve had in a while. Ordered a small double pepperoni and it was nearly £20 — for something that’s barely enough for one person.

  Papa Johns Harlow-Food was dried out and a bit tasteless to be honest. Not all the order was there and no refund.
