  Won't order again from this place Pizza was like uncooked dough and freezing same as the chicken was ice cold and like its been left out hours after cooking waste of money

  If I could give this a 0 I would! First of all the driver turns up late due to communication issues then took him further 15 minutes to arrive to the door. When we opened the pizzas, they were squashed up like a ball due to lack of care from driver. We called the store to explain and they said he’d call the driver to find out what happened and that they’d send out 2 new pizzas. After hearing nothing for 15 minutes as to what was happening we tried to call the restaurant, they ignored our calls for 25 minutes, I had to phone the restaurant from a different number for them to answer. when they picked up they tried to say that the driver said the pizza was fine so they wouldn’t be sending anything. After stating that we had photos of the issue and will be taking it further they then agreed to send new pizzas - As long as we gave them the old ones, that was fine as we hadn’t touched the old ones. But here we are another 30 minutes and nothing and the restaurant is now closed. absolutely disgusting customer service, I really would not waste your money here

  Please please please don’t order from this place! If I could give it a lower review I would. Ordered from here about two weeks ago and waited 45 minutes for the pizza and called the store for an update and was asked to wait 5-10 minutes more. Waited an extra 15 minutes and called again and was told it was on route and is 5 minutes away. I asked for a refund and was told they were unable to as it has been marked as delivered. After some arguing they agreed to refund me but it would have to be cash which I said was fine. 2 hours after dropping the refund off the store manager came back to my house to collect the cash refund as he has managed to refund my card and I should have it in 3-5 days. I didn’t trust him so I said I’ll keep the cash until the refund had been processed. After waiting 3-5 days I didn’t receive the refund!

  Very bad expierence, we ordered pizza arrived after 2h of waitting, the shop didn't gave house number to the driver! When the guy from shop call us said go outside and waitt soon be there, waitting outside for 10min, calling back to shop asking where is the driver? Saying he didn't fi d your doors so hes doing another delivery near by! After 2 more hours driver finally show up, and the food barely warm! Never be ordering again!!!!!!
