  Delivery times are ridiculous. Over an hour for delivery, the order was cold, wrong and looked undercooked! Apology prefaced with excuses. Not the first time this has happened. Will give up ordering from here. Update: They sent a new pizza and took back incorrect item to issue refund. Pizza missing a topping. Can't even correct mistakes right. 🙄

  Disgusting service. they didn't deliver 2 tubs of ice cream and received frozen doughnuts and the girl on the phone is saying that I should wait for 50 min for the doughnuts to defrost and that this is normal. Never again at Papa Johns.

  Ordered chicken pesto pizza. £30 for a late, cold, uncut, unfinished pizza??! Was out for delivery for 20 minutes for 5 minute drive, driver rang the doorbell after asking on the note for him not to ring it (woke up family members) no pesto on the pizza which was cold after taking so long, barely cut so had to add pesto, heat it& cut it myself. Could be hired by these idiots at this point.
