  Liked the place . Service was good and fast. Wanted s carvery but a Sunday roast was plated from the kitchen and was good standard. Food hot.

  I stay regularly for business, always at Premier Inn & I can honestly say this is the worst one I have ever stayed at. Room dirty, bathroom had mold, floor dirty. Asked for it to be cleaned, told no, not enough staff. Restaurant was filthy, food on floor & tables at breakfast from dinner. Breakfast starts at 06.30, did not take order till 07.20 & only 4 customers. Terrible, I will never stay at a premier inn again

  Just wanted to show our appreciation to the front of house this morning, Liam. He was a very busy man but an absolute pleasure to chat to, superb customer service. What a credit to the establishment 👏👏

  Waitress had an awful attitude because I asked to sit at a different table to the one she had give me which shouldn't of been a problem as the the place was more than half empty as it was lunchtime. Then she went on to get our whole order wrong and over charged us. The manager gave us the bill as the waitress had finished her shift I told the manager I had been charged for drinks I hadn't had and of the waitresses attitude she was very apologetic which did sound sincere. Its not somewhere I'd recommend the toilets had an awful drainage smell and no handsanitizer.

  Today I had a pre booked table with my sister at 5:45pm to benefit from the daytime value menu but unfortunately an incident at work meant I was very late by a full hour later! My sister had been kindly seated & given a drink by them while she waited & the manager Macie agreed to our request of ordering the food before 6pm to still get the deal & even said once I'd informed my sister I was on the way, they would then cook it. I walked through the door & they were literally serving us the food! Macie even then agreed to put through the deal rate of the desserts which again is up to 6pm & we asked if this was possible at around 7:30. We went to personally thank Macie & I promised I would review as we couldn't tip her personally as we were cashless. Sadly didn't catch the name of our waitress, slim build & black hair but she was very accommodating & liaising with Macie throughout all this. We will see you all again soon 😊
