  Extremely good customer service. Defo recommend Manoj was amazing with our order and i felt as though it came from an authentic pizzeria.The cookie tray was the most delicious thing i have ever eaten. Thank you Manoj for all this amazing food and service

  I have no idea how the pizza I ordered passed quality control. I've ordered from Papa John's loads of times from different locations and have generally had good experiences. This is the first time I've ordered from Chelmsford and I expected it to be the same, but I was mistaken - there was no evidence of any tomato sauce at all on the pizza, which seemed to have been cooked for all of 5 seconds because the cheese was barely melted, the jalepenos were raw and the base was floppy. The pizza was somehow also cold, despite our address being 5 mins from the store.
