- MFMegan FinchApr 27, 20261.0Absolutely terrible. I understand it’s McDonald’s and meant to be cheap food, but the quality has really gone downhill at most locations. We waited at the drive-thru for at least 10 minutes with no one taking our order. Eventually, we drove to the window and still no one was there, so we had to beep to get someone’s attention. When someone finally came over, the staff member was quite rude and didn’t apologise. The chips were hard, dry, and tasted stale, and the chicken nuggets were also very tough. The oil tasted old, like it hadn’t been changed in a while. Overall, really disappointing—this needs sorting out.
