  Always incredibly slow, took 2 hours to arrive, we were told if we don't like it cancel, it arrived cold. Overpriced poor quality poor service. Honestly awful

  Awful. Time and time again we have had issues here. Previously we've had food poisoning, the quality has been inconsistent and on other occasions the food has taken 2 hours or more to arrive. Keep giving it a few months between each time we order to see if anything has improved but it hasn't in 3 years! Will never order from there again.
