  No cups of juice 2 members of staff no stock as in juice and all of that no coffee no toast waste of money and time

  Roast dinner was delicious , staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend the watermill to friends and family

  What a shocking disgrace of a place.. Was told walking in no tables in restaurants but we could eat in bar! Here almost 2 hours and not a table has been taken in the restaurant.. Apart from that we ordered our food in bar also asked for steak medium came like a leather boot! One guy on till serving drinks taking orders and delivering food very helpful but doing this for the whole pub while one girl blonde lady had nothing but cheeky comments to him and nothing but an attitude. Disgusting to see how someone could be so rude at there place of work !!!! Also he made a small mistake and she replied to me oh ur making problems again while she flaunts around doing nothing!!! Picking food out of her teeth actually The poor man deserves a raise and the girl who’s blonde on in water mill today deserves to be sacked or a punch in the face if u ask me…. Food was ok but nothing like before Took at least 20 minutes to get a drink due to the women bullying the male staff was disgusted , not the only people to say it making the poor guy go red in the face..I will be reporting this further as it’s a shame use to come here weekly Will not be back !!!!! Avoid at all cost

  Nice spot next to the hotel we were staying in, so very convenient. We were served by Lynne who showed exceptional service, I would definitely recommend this Beefeater restaurant!!

  Polite and welcoming staff. Food all round was the best I’ve had at a beefeater. Very impressed by the standards of cleaning throughout. Overall very good place to go
