  Had to drop off a parcel for UPS, the lady in the store was very helpful and sort out all for us. You do need 3 copies commercial invoice when sending abroad. A Great Service.

  Would give minus stars if possible. Tried to drop off a parcel for Transglobal to collect. The bit of a kid whom I had to deal with was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Shaking the invoices at me, saying he needed 3, 3 .....THREE! Spoke to me like absolute rubbish. Terrible service and treatment. No need to be spoken to in such a rude manner. Took parcel to another pick up point, where a lovely girl dealt with my parcel. No problems and no mention of me needing 3 invoices IN the parcel. Straight forward, pleasant. Unlike this awful Spar on Whitmore way. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Disgusting !
