- MNMichael NockMay 16, 20262.0Your advert shows how multi talented the young are at running your branches but this has to be one of the worst I've been to, my burger was a 25 min wait, along with 15 other people, slapped together, given to me in a bag instead of getting table service and again orders pushed through telling people to collect before even starting the order, mcdonalds in general are getting worse not better, defo not going here again

This is especially inconvenient when you have babies in the car or are in a rush. On top of that, orders are often incorrect. Needs serious improvement.

I ordered through the app for click and serve and waited in my bay for 40 minutes before heading in to find out where my food had got to. When I went in, firstly the atmosphere started off awful as I was greeted by the Manager, Callum, with a very “I can’t be bothered” attitude. Then, even with my proof of purchase he tried to tell me I must have ordered to the wrong store, I had not. Then after some time trying to prove my order, which was ridiculous as I even had the receipt on email, Callum rudely said “well I’ll put it through then you’ll just have to wait here for it”. No apologies whatsoever and finally got my food an hour after originally ordering. When I then opened my food, there was an egg shell in my McMuffin! (Pictured) Very unhappy and disappointed.
