- RPRenata PociunaiteJun 18, 20261.0Rubbish car park – always cramped with very narrow exits. You can’t even use Clubcard properly as soon as you enter the building as there’s no signal or connection, which makes checkout frustrating. The bakery section also barely puts out any items in the morning – everything is sold out by around 10am, and I’ve never been able to buy a freshly baked bread roll, even at lunchtime. There are also rarely any forks available when coming in for a meal deal. Overall, it’s a consistently poor experience every time.
- SSSammyMay 19, 20262.0Some Staff are rude , dismissive and unhelpful. The duty manager lacks any customer service or complaints handling resolution. This is my 2nd negative experience with this store in the last 2 years. They should improve the quality of training to prevent issues from unnecessarily escalating. Never had to leave a review about a supermarket which just highlights how poor the service was.
