  Don’t let them fob you off on the phone when you complain that they’ll add a credit to your account. This is what I was told then when I spoke to the manager but when I spoke to him again he conveniently had no record of this. Lots of back and forth with head office but eventually got this credited. But honestly was a matter of principle as the manager was so so rude and also a liar. Got my order and now wouldn’t go back.

  "When I arrived, I was served by a gentleman called AJ. He asked me to wait, but then continued with other tasks while completely ignoring my presence, even looking over at me as he worked. After I had waited some time, a delivery guy arrived, and he went straight to serve him instead. When he eventually came to assist me, I asked: 'Are you only doing online services, or are online services treated differently?' He then acted as if he did not understand what I was saying at all. The whole experience was appalling — I felt ignored, overlooked, and treated unfairly compared to another person who arrived after me. The lack of basic courtesy, fairness, and clear communication was completely unacceptable."

  Sent the wrong pizza was told another would be sent waited 50 minutes called them again and was told they hadn't sent it and I would have to wait over an hour for a replacement pizza asked for a full refund as they forgot a large dip too offered a partial refund which has still not be received .
