  All the staff are very friendly and helpful and always make you feel welcome food is always hot the restaurant is always tidy and clean inside and outside definitely worth a visit for something to eat or drink

  Same shrinkflation sized food as all other BK restaurants, but stupidly expensive due to the "captive audience airport tax". £9 for a small burger and small fries (which were supposed to be large)

  The restaurant is clean and tidy. The floors look swept and tables are cleaned pretty promptly, staff levels allowing. The food gets served up quickly and is always hot. Because of the location the toilets are only accessible to customers of the restaurant. A staff members has to press a button that allows you access to the toilets. It definitely causes confusion to a lot of customers and multi linguel signage would help. At busy times it can take a while to get the attention of a staff member to allow you in. So toucan be standing around for a little while.

  The advertised price for the Wagyu Wellington Burger 'Meal', which is supposed include large fries and drink is about £15, but when you come to the screen to choose your drink they charge extra £1.30 for a Sprite. When I told the man at the counter he said lots of people complain about that but that's the way it is and there's nothing he can do. Trading Standards might interested to hear about that. The fries were hard: overcooked or old and reheated?

  Avoid this store if you don’t want to get ripped off. Wish I could give it zero stars. Tried to order on the kiosk using my BK app code and none of the deals would come up. Asked a member of staff at the front desk and was told they don’t do the rewards app. Which is ridiculous as it’s clearly a Burger King store. So with little option as I needed to get on the road after being delayed on a flight, I ordered and ended up spending a lot more then I had planned. What’s even more absurd about not using the app, is the fact their tray liners are advertising it… The restaurant was also dirty, there has been rubbish sitting on tables and tables not cleaned the whole time I have been in the store, between ordering, waiting 10 minutes for the food that was cold and then eating, still no one has come to tidy the tables and wipe them down.
