  We had a lovely time this evening. Our waiter Khan made sure we had everything we needed during our visit. Food was lovely and on time. Service was 10/10. Only thing I would say was the music was a tad loud when we arrived and the restaurant was still quiet, it felt like we needed to shout to eachother. Other than that it was great 😃

  Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Lisa for making our visit so enjoyable. She was honestly amazing from start to finish, so friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She made us feel comfortable straight away and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Her service was spot on, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. It’s not often you come across someone who goes out of her way to make your experience a good one, but Lisa definitely did. She really made our meal that much better, and we’ll definitely be asking for her next time we visit. Thanks again, Lisa. You’re an absolute star!

  We had such a lovely evening at TGI Fridays Lakeside and wanted to leave a review to say thank you. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and we all had a fantastic night as a family. It is always going to be one of our favourites to dine in!!!! A special mention has to go to Lisa, who looked after us so well, as she always does. She is genuinely one of the reasons we keep coming back. She’s warm, friendly, attentive, and always makes us feel so welcome from the moment we arrive. It’s rare to find someone who consistently makes every visit feel special, but Lisa really does.

  We had another fantastic visit to TGI Fridays at Lakeside and wanted to leave a special mention for Lisa, who looked after us so wonderfully. From the moment we arrived, she made me and my family feel genuinely welcomed and valued. She was warm, attentive, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. It’s true what they say great service is what makes you want to return, and that’s definitely the case for us. We’ve visited several times and always have a great experience. Thank you, Lisa, and the team for making another family meal so enjoyable. We look forward to coming back again soon! 😊

  I ordered a click and collect to be collected at 6:15 arrived and was waiting in the bar 10 minutes passed still waiting, finally at 6:45 (30 minutes I had been standing there with not even a offer of a drink from the manager) I recieved my food to find that it had been made incorrectly after waiting 30 minutes after my collection time. Not only did I leave an order note, I called the restaurant as soon as I placed my order to confirm the order note, he confirmed that the kitchen have been notified and will all be correct. But all wrong, the manager Sam I believe had a terrible attitude and doesn’t know the first thing about being a manager for such an establishment and should definitely be reviewed for his position after placing and taking out a burger 4 times because he clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing I have been working in hospitality as a chef and manager positions and this was completely embarrassing. It wasn’t even busy was very quiet I dread to think what it would be like busy. I would like a full refund and to never return to this establishment with this manager in charge. I didn’t even receive a sorry from him. The waiting staff on the other hand were very compassionate and had given me a drink while I wait for my remake and they made sure my food was core eating by checking through with me, some very lovely staff! Terrible management! So I will await my £29.95 refund many thanks
