- TGThe Guy3 days ago2.0We had the new menu combo with ribs and chicken, that was decent. Also had ribs and sirloin combo. The sirloin seasoning was bland but ribs was good. We had a 20% code, but it wasn’t working on the system and the waitress Addie lied and said it was a bank holiday so it wouldn’t work , when it wasn’t. It’s Saturday the 23rd of May. Told her it’s not a bank holiday and she said yes the 23rd is a bank holiday which is a lie. Also service was terrible and the restaurant was empty.
- ARAmy ReederMay 19, 20265.0First visit back to TGI’s for a while as during previous visits I had been disappointed to see prices were higher and portions were smaller. Well not anymore! New menu today and we are back to 5 mozzarella sticks for the same price…I repeat, they have increased the number of mozzarella sticks! They are doing a great combo deal as well which is amazing value for money! We were served by the lovely Lisa-Marie who made sure we were well looked after. Going to come back back next time I’m at Lakeside for sure! :)
- TTTaylorMay 13, 20265.0We had 3 x celebrations with our nieces and nephew so took them to TGI Fridays as a treat. Our waitress Lisa went above and beyond from the moment we got there. She was so lovely! We had an allergy in our group and Lisa and the manager dealt with this extremely professionally. There were only 2 x waiting staff on during our meal and the restaurant became quite busy which was great to see on a Tuesday night - they did a great job, the food was also great. Would definitely go back!

To be fair, the waiter and waitress were lovely. But when the food finally came out, it was cold and tasted bad. After waiting that long, you expect something fresh and hot, but this was the opposite

How can I cancel or amend my booking?
You can cancel/change your restaurant booking by visiting https://www.tgifridays.co.uk/book-a-table/. Add your booking reference and select Change or Cancel existing booking, whichever is applicable.
How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
