  I do not understand how this burger king has this high rate. I love BK, but this one disgusted me I was aware of the fact that in a place like this the price are up, but for a BK and this quality the price is absolutely ridiculous. My order was small, but i had to wait a lot and the food was disappointing and disgusting Do not recommend at all

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King. There were four drink machines, and not a single one had ice. To make matters worse, they were completely out of Coca-Cola and Sprite. The customer service was horrible—staff showed little interest in helping or apologizing for the issues. It's frustrating to pay for a meal and not receive the basic experience you'd expect. I hope management addresses these problems because this visit was far below acceptable.

  The 5 minute wait times are a lie, it just took 30minutes for 1 disappointing burger. The organisation was terrible with no queues just everyone trying to shove through to the front . Screens display your order as ready when it's not so they can keep the wait time low. Incredibly disappointing

  Fui pedir apenas um refrigerante. Simplesmente ignoraram meu pedido (apareceu na tela que estava pronto, desapareceu dessa parte e nem tinham chamado meu número) falei com o funcionário e ele só falou que eu deveria esperar (não fez nada em relação a minha reclamação) e no final tive que pedir para outro funcionário fazer. Não tinha gelo na máquina, o refrigerante estava quente e ainda por cima o sabor da coca estava horroroso. Saí derrotado desse burguer king
