  Серветки не поклади, в пакет накидали як собаці. Перший раз бачу замість листів салату шматок стебелю в бургері, це прям топ.

  Burger cold, mine and kids chips all over the bag. No ice, half of drink selection missing and I need to argue to get a tray for food? Really? Sad place

  Complaint regarding staff behaviour – Monday 29 September, 8:00–9:00am I would like to raise a serious complaint about a staff member working on the till at Burger King at the airport on Monday 29 September between 8:00am and 9:00am. The male staff member with long hair was extremely rude, dismissive and discourteous towards me. His manner of communication was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable, particularly in the way he spoke to and behaved towards a female customer. I expect staff representing Burger King to treat customers with basic courtesy, respect and professionalism. I would therefore ask management to investigate this incident, review any available CCTV and take appropriate action based on what occurred. This type of behaviour creates an unpleasant customer experience and does not reflect the friendly service or reputation I would expect from Burger King. I would appreciate confirmation that this complaint has been investigated and that appropriate steps have been taken to address the matter.

  £30 for 2 small burgers, fries and drinks! We asked for medium fries, got back to the airport hotel to find they were small - hidden under the burgers too. Unless they are actually medium? In which case what do they serve the small fries in? A match box? Luke warm, cheese not melted, poor value.
