Me and my partner Hugo went here yesterday, we were served by Kay, this was the same person who served us last time we went and she is honestly such an amazing server, she makes our experience always feel personal and greets us with a warm smile! Engages in small talk and overall makes our dining experience a 10/10 every time, this lady deserves a raise honestly!! Shes amazing! 100/100 stars for her, you don’t get this kind of customer service in most places nowadays, she even remembered us from last time and knew what our orders had been etc! Exceptional honestly 💫

It was mine and my grandparents first time eating inside of Wagamama’s (I’ve ordered takeaway from them before) and the moment we walked in, they sat us in a place that would be suitable for all of us, after we sat down, I asked if I could have a gluten free menu, which they happily obliged me with, and our server was changed to the manager, he explained everything in detail to my grandparents, he had such nice atmosphere about him, he took in our preferences, like my nan didn’t want hers to be too spicy. Me and my grandparents loved the food, both mains and desserts, it was all so lovely. We will definitely be coming back again, and we’ll definitely have to bring other family members.
