  Had a great experience, food tastes amazing & healthy. Aneta, our waitress was so friendly, attentive and kind. She made sure to recommend us food from the menu & checked to make sure we were enjoying the food. She made our experience even better! Thank you 😊

  I was showed to my seat by the male manager and told to wait for my waitress to take my order, it was a Thursday evening not too busy. I waited 15 minutes with the manager looking at me on a few occasions knowing no one had come over to take my order. I could see the party on the next table made comments about the situation. When the young lady came to take my order I told her how long I had been waiting, she said she was attending to two tables but was very pleasant. My problem is that the manager could have taken my order. I was Thinking it was against company guidelines for him to do this . I asked a manager at another wagamama restaurant what the policies were , and I was told that because of the size of the restaurant he could have taken my order. In the larger restaurants with more staff doing drinks orders taking orders if the manager gets involved it could get confusing so on larger restaurants management do not take orders. On this occasion he could have taken my order, I don’t know how I didn’t walk out .
