  ⭐ Very disappointing customer service – 15/10/2026 Today, 15 October 2026, at around 4:15 pm, I called Domino’s Pizza in Southend to order pizzas for myself and my children. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. The man who answered the phone told me that they did not deliver to my address, even though I live very close to the shop. I visited the shop last week, but there was no parking available, which is why I decided to call and order instead. What disappointed me most was the way the staff member spoke to me. He was not polite or helpful and seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. I asked whether I could place an order over the phone and come to collect it myself. His response was, “It’s up to you, but parking is busy here.” He then suggested that I try another pizza shop! Is this really how Domino’s treats its customers? I was simply trying to order pizza for myself and my children, but instead of receiving helpful service, I was made to feel unwelcome. In the end, I ordered from Mum’s Pizza online. Within just 10 minutes, my order was delivered, and the service was friendly and professional. What a difference! Domino’s should seriously look at the quality of its customer service and the way its staff communicate with customers. Even if delivery is unavailable, there is no excuse for being unhelpful or discourteous. I will not be ordering from Domino’s again. Mum’s Pizza provided the friendly, efficient service that I expected, and I am very happy with their service. My advice to Domino’s: Good customer service matters just as much as good pizza. You have lost a customer today.

  Pizza was good as always as its dominos. Only issue was it gave my dog the shits 😂😂 thats my fault for giving it to him tho
