  Been using this Dominos for years, however my recent experience here has made sure I'll never use it again. Ordered on New year's eve 2025, for an order that then had to be cancelled as staff were unable to make changes to GF orders (Even though they don't allow you to make the changes you want on the website - So how are you supposed to change it??) It then took nearly two months of asking for a refund for them to even give me my money back from the order. It was only an order of £25, but it was the principle that they repeatedly refused to respond to my emails and were downright ignorant in ignoring my requests for a refund. I finally received my refund today into my bank (without a single email acknowledging my complaints or an apology) felt as if I were being made to feel like I was being an inconvenience for asking for my own money back. Shoddy service from a shoddy Dominos franchise. P.S. Papa John's is better anyway, and has gained another customer.

  Pizza arrived barely lukewarm and the "half and halfs" were more like 1/3 & 2/3, not particularly well proportioned and not a lot of quality control, unfortunately. We have had really good service and piping hot pizza from this store over the years so maybe it was a one-off. Hope so.
