  The website takes my order and money but no confirmation, call up to see what's happened and no help whatsoever all i was getting from the rude member of staff was (im tell you) no help with if the website will work again or if i have to wait till I get my refund, terrible service , such a shame as we love dominos

  Had one of those proper rough evenings where everything seemed to go wrong, and by the time we got home nobody could be bothered to cook. Ordered from Domino’s Shoeburyness as a bit of a last-minute rescue. Honestly, sometimes it’s the little things. Food turned up hot, order was spot on, and the delivery driver was genuinely lovely. We ended up sat round the table sharing pizza, having a laugh, and the whole mood of the evening changed. Nothing fancy, just good hot food when we really needed it. Cheers to the Shoebury team — you probably didn’t realise it, but you saved our evening.

  Ordered in store and decided to change from Medium to Large. Store wasn’t ready to make this amendment, even though it was within few seconds of my order, when I asked for this change person looked at me as if I was asking for a free pizza. Can be better in customer service.

  Pizza arrived barely lukewarm and the "half and halfs" were more like 1/3 & 2/3, not particularly well proportioned and not a lot of quality control, unfortunately. We have had really good service and piping hot pizza from this store over the years so maybe it was a one-off. Hope so.
