    Food is as expected. Nothing special but good enough to eat. However, for three years they have not fixed the software on the till to enable use of loyalty points and have brought it up numerous times. Staff unhelpful and defensive when I raised the issue with no aim to compensate. Unfortunately the worst subway experience I have had to date after three visits here in the reference period above. Glad I'm not going back.

    My wife and I were just asked to leave as we waited for our youngest child to order. He required a pep talk to go order by himself and by the time he got into line my wife began to eat something she'd purchased elsewhere that she was carrying. The Subway representative came from around the corner and, in front of all, asked us parents to leave. Another patron who was just receiving his food spoke up and pointed out that our son was in line to order. Subway responded by saying that he could stay, but we’d need to leave. Needless to say, we all left and will never go back. Great impression on the next generation, Subway.

    There's 5 minutes of life lost. New staff member left on own run in entire store. Didn't know how to cut bread. Had to ask 5 times what I wanted. Couldn't apply discount from card. Quiet as a mouse. Left standing like a lemon. Classic large chain store service we come to expect.
