  I had disappointing experience on two occasions with Papa-johns Romford store. Both times I did not receive my order to my address. The delivery staff are careless, they have very poor knowledge about the local roads and addresses. First time the driver could not locate my address, second time my order got delivered to somebody else. I called the store and they kept me on the line for 50 minutes, the staff Zan was not apologetic, he did not accept the mistake that my order was wrongly delivered to somebody else. The delivery staff should have checked the name, phone number, or code before delivering the order which obviously he did not do. I did not receive my order, I did not receive apology, I did not receive refund. Appalling store management!!!! What a shame:-(

  (Second incident) Pizza was delivered to the wrong address, and after 40 minutes on the phone, they refused a refund or to redeliver the pizza and instead said “call again tomorrow and my manager will sort it out”, passive aggressive tone from the handler too and zero sense of accountability or care

  Ordered a pizza at 1130 pm did not show up. Called the store they told me I hadn't ordered. This was one hour later, offered my order number they were not interested. Worst service I have ever experienced whilst ordering a take away, only the second time I've used papa johns never again

  I wish I could give zero stars the food is terrible what about garlic cheese sticks mean make it without cheese?
