First time collecting a parcel from here today using 'relay'. Went at lunch to collect, long queue, people queing both ends, long wait. Get parcel home to find it's not even my parcel! After much wasted time investigating tracking numbers + comms with the sender, went back to the shop to tell them. No apology recieved, the guy just kept saying 'weve been looking for this parcel' over and over. I even said it's not my fault, you gave me the incorrect parcel!

Bought fruit from here and found ants inside it. When I went back to tell them, the staff were rude and didn't speak to me nicely. They wouldn't give me a refund either. Definitely won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend.

⭐ 1 Star Absolutely disappointing and completely overpriced. I paid £6 for this chicken, which was advertised as a medium chicken, but when I saw it, I honestly couldn’t believe how small it was. It was extremely tiny and nowhere near what I would expect for a medium-sized chicken. £6 for a chicken this small is ridiculous. The price does not match the size or the value at all. I feel completely ripped off and very disappointed with this purchase. If you’re expecting a normal-sized medium chicken, don’t waste your money. This is nowhere near worth £6. I definitely won’t be buying it again.
