  Unprofessional staff, at one point the manageress was arguing with us in front of guests, badly organised booking system, no availability but loads of empty tables, staff complaining about management. Premier Inn are taking over this year, so hopefully will be better for future guests. Good luck

  As regular visitors to The Liberty Bell we are sad that it will soon be closing. Service/staff is always excellent. Staff friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Always a good choice of food which is always cooked well.

  Shame none of the food looked like the picture on the menu! Ordered steak, was over cooked and chewy. Very over priced for the qaulity. The waitress was lovely though

  Recently, my friends and I had a wonderful evening at Beefeater Romford, and we were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was attentive and professional. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We ordered the Fish & Chips, and it was simply magnificent! The fish was fresh, juicy, and perfectly crispy, while the chips were cooked in fresh oil and served hot and delicious. It was clear that true professionals were working in the kitchen. Despite the hot weather outside, the restaurant was pleasantly cool and comfortable inside, which made our evening even more enjoyable. We enjoyed our dinner immensely and will definitely return again. We especially recommend visiting when Chef Mis is in the kitchen — his dishes truly deserve the highest praise! Thank you to the entire Beefeater Romford team for a fantastic evening and unforgettable experience!

  We went out for a meal. Service was great and so the food. I had fish and chips, my friend steak and chips and my other friend vegetarian lasagne. All was done in generous portions, we all had pudding. They were delicious and generous as well. The three of us also had drinks. The bill was very good, about 30 pounds each including a tip for our waitress who was friendly and attentive.
