  We have been ordering veg supreme from Dominoes collier row and have never been disappointed. Ordered 2 large today as collection. The pizza was not up to standard today. Was tasteless.!!!As we had guests over we ate one. Used left over pasta at home so all of us had enough food. Called Dominoes and spoke to a guy called Mr RAF and he said they always use the same ingredients. Were least concerned that a regular customer was complaining. Were not open for future discounts or refunding money for the one we did not eat. Requested to speak to the manager twice and he or she refused to come on the phone and engage. I was kept waiting by Mr RAF twice on hold to speak to the manager. Dissatisfied and disappointed. Both food and customer service….. wish had not ordered today. Waste of money…..Bad customer service

  When you order at the store, the staff there have always been really nice with my regular Friday dinner and the products are always top notch. They do occasionally not slice the pizza properly, but that's usually not a problem for me because I have mine at home, but I still think they should take slicing the pizza a little bit more seriously
