Useless. Ordered 2 times and still didn't get the right order. Complete waste of time and money. Should be closed down asap!

THIS DUMP SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. Ordered food. They kept extending the delivery time. In the end no food nor money. They know nothing about customer service or care, nothing about manners, nothing about general hospitality. Manager/supervisor dislike being challenged and the look on their face reminds me of baby donkeys staring at the new fences during spring release from barns. Staff requires medical evaluation tbh.

Ordered through McDonald's app! Make sure you change your delivery options when ordering and pick any other restaurant!!!!!!! My mistake want be ordering through app and using Uber Eats in the future! Food arrived late that's fine it was explained but it was cold not even warm, got this order as an end of the year treat for my children. It took driver 7 minutes to deliver brilliant so it makes me wonder if the food was ready on the counter for about 40 minutes!!!! Spoke to the agent through the McDonald's app and he wasn't very helpful, keep repeating himself and when I asked who I could speak about this issue he said me, he then finished my conversation and ticked yes at the end so he could wrap up the chat. I didn't even ask for a refund, it was assumed that's what I want. All I want was some sort solution to my cold order 😔

Take away only ordered through the app. you can't just order food and take it away. Must pay £4 delivery to bring it to the counter
