  Obviously the 3.50 service charge includes the tip as per every business platform in the world so why does the app say do you want to add a tip

  They don't answer the phone to order so went to the shop and they don't take cash. So I will never go back

  Massively disappointed, we usually get from Hockley, but we were in town, so we decided to pick up. Couldn't remember our name, got it wrong when they called us over and made us wait 45 minutes for a wrong order after saying it would be 10 to 15 minutes.
