  Seems like staff don't answer the phones anymore. The last 3 times we have tried calling, the phone has just been left to ring. All 3 times we tried calling back multiple times just to have it happen again each time we called. Not sure why staff seem to be ignoring our calls. I can understand being busy and missing a call but I don't see how the staff are failing to acknowledge any of our calls on each occasion that this has happened

  I know it hot i know its 9:30 but stop pretending you can't hear us on the phone and not picking up, 3 numbers we called you from, friends have had the same problem your costing your boss lots of money avoiding these orders you know, edit-makapaka picked up the phone at 5 to 10 i asked to order knowing it longed off the calls till too late anyway it replied noooo lol i shut you down quick didnt I lol basin road if you want to do something about it 😅😅😅😅

  Took 2 hours to receive after ordering and being told it was on its way, then hadn’t actually been received till 1 hour and half later which we were then given the wrong order! Won’t be using Maldon branch again
