  Waqar is always very friendly and has a good memory because he remembered my order which was impressive. It’s nice to see that he enjoys his Job and is polite. Shanzay is also another colleague who is welcoming and friendly. She is always in a good mood and that’s very important when you are at work & dealing with customers even when it’s late. Overall the atmosphere is always clean and tidy. And the food is always on point.

  Excellent quality pizza from an ever more excellent group of staff. I always order and collect here and the staff are the nicest friendliest people ever and ive lived here for years. Today as like a lot of other days i got an extra dip for free, God bless the staff here.

  Was the best customer service ever and the worker shanzay was very helpful with us deciding the orders. Would strongly recommend and the food was one of the best pizza I ever had

  Evry get somewhere and cant decind what to eat. Shanzay who works at the loughton papa John's, really took her time to help with my order, great customer service.
