Perfect coffee! I come in here on days I'm at work on the high street. Really nice coffee, a big step up from the big high street names! Great food and lovely staff. Plus I get 'neighbours' discount for working close by which you don't get anywhere else and it's a nice touch! Had a lovely toasted sandwich yesterday and they always come with the salad etc!

My experience is consistently pleasant. I appreciate being greeted with warmth and a smile. All members of the team are friendly and attentive, remembering my preferred drink which I appreciate being delivered to my table. The establishment is clean with a relaxed ambiance and the coffee is on point.

⭐️ Very disappointing experience – not worth the price Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We waited 51 minutes for pancakes with bacon, which is completely unacceptable. After around 40 minutes of waiting, we had to ask where our food was, only to then be told that they had run out of bacon and had to go and buy more to fulfil the order. This should have been communicated to us much earlier instead of leaving us sitting there wondering where our food was. The buffalo chicken sandwich was also a major disappointment. It arrived without any buffalo sauce, despite being a buffalo chicken sandwich, and was incredibly greasy and sickening. On top of this, the brioche buns on all of the sandwiches were burnt, which made the sandwiches even worse and certainly wasn’t what we expected for the prices being charged. To make matters worse, we had ordered tea, but this was forgotten about and only brought out after we had finished our food. Overall, the food quality, service and value for money are nowhere near the standard they should be. Paying these prices for food that was poorly prepared, excessively greasy, missing key ingredients and served on burnt buns is simply not acceptable. Having to wait nearly an hour for food, only finding out after chasing it that they had run out of bacon, receiving a sandwich without its advertised sauce, burnt buns across all the sandwiches and forgotten drinks made this an extremely poor experience. Sadly, the food was disgusting and absolutely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place and would not return.

The food was really good, and I was impressed by the way everything was plated, especially with the supplements included. The service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, a great experience!

Used to be great but now it's gone down hill, toilet seat has been broken for months leaving only one working toilet that half the time has no paper. Staff seem like they don't know what they're doing, one girl is very very rude. Things are regularly not out, water, tissues, sugars and foods not what it was or empty. OK to grab an over priced coffee and go but not the lovely coffee shop it used to be. Young girl with blue hair has been the only one with any customer service lately.
