  03/04/26 - I ordered two large pizzas along with sides, and one of the pizzas the Texas BBQ arrived in an unacceptable condition. The pizza appeared poorly prepared, with noticeable gaps where toppings were missing and sections that were overly burnt. Overall, it looked rushed and below the standard I would expect. I contacted the store to report the issue, and while the manager did arrange for a replacement pizza to be sent, the experience only worsened. We had to wait an additional 40 minutes for the replacement, and when it finally arrived, it was in even worse condition than the first. This was extremely frustrating and felt like a complete waste of both my time and money. To add to this, I was also disappointed to find that your website does not offer a half-and-half pizza option, which limited our choices when placing the order. This entire experience has left me very upset and dissatisfied. I have been a customer in the past, but based on this incident, I am seriously reconsidering ordering from your brand again. I included a picture of both pizzas!
